STORING MOWER

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

STORING MOWER

When storing the mower for short or long periods of time, follow these guidelines:

Always store the mower with a full battery charge. Follow the recharging instructions in Rechargeable Battery.

Always store mower where the tem- perature is between 32°F (0°C) and +104°F (+40°C). For long-term storage of battery, a lower temperature is better since the battery self-discharges slower at lower temperatures.

Store mower in a dry place. Water will damage mower and battery.

Do not store mower near chemicals, such as fertilizers. These products are often highly corrosive and may cause permanent damage to the mower.

Do not store mower near organic or other solvents.

Always keep the safety key in a safe place and away from children.

The battery will safely store in the mower for long-term storage.
