Test and Fill the Closed Loop
!WARNING: Under no circumstances can any fluid other than Hartgard be used, alternate fluids could be hazardous to your health.
Closed Loop Fluid The closed loop must be filled ONLY with Hartgard solution and potable water.
Each system closed loop is to be filled with one bottle of Hartgard and the balance potable water.
When mixed, the approximate Hartgard concentration is 20%.

Test and Fill Procedure
!CAUTION: On new construction, Do Not fill storage tank and/or charge the closed loop system until the water heater is ready for use. Cover the collectors until the system is filled and charged. Place a tag on the system if it s not filled and charged.
