Coloque las piezas de comida más grandes y las de tiempo de cocción más largo en el tazón inferior de la vaporera. Coloque el tazón inferior en la parte superior de la bandeja colectora y la base. Ponga el tazón superior encima de la base, o también puede ponerlo directamente sobre la parte superior del tazón inferior.

Los tiempos de cocción son estimados y dependen de la cantidad, tamaño, grado de cocción requerido y temperatura de la comida. Considere todos los tiempos de cocción indicados en la siguiente guía como tiempos sugeridos para cocinar con los dos tazones.
