Connecting the sender to the AC adapter

Caution: Plug in the AC adapter only after your amplifier/external audio device is connected to the sender.

To connect the sender to the AC adapter:

1Plug the AC adapter into a wall power outlet or the SWITCHED AC outlet of your amplifier when you connect an amplifier.

If you connect it to the SWITCHED AC outlet of your amplifier, each time you turn your amplifier on or off, the power is also turned on or off to the sender.

Note: The hub device must always be powered if you are operating other transmitters and receivers in the network. In this case it should be connected to a non-switched outlet, otherwise your network will not be operational. The Hub functionality operates in Standby or full power mode.

Note: Make sure that the AC outlet on your amplifier is the switched type.

Connecting the receiverTo connect the receiver:

1Connect the right surround speaker to the right speaker terminal of the receiver, using the supplied three-foot speaker cable, by connecting the red speaker cord to the red (+) terminals, and the black speaker cord to the black (-) terminals.
