I HAVE A PICTURE, BUT NO SOUND OR DISTORTED SOUND. WHY?
Check the MUTE button. Check the volume on the radio, and make sure the radio is tuned to the right frequency - try tuning the FMM and the radio to a new frequency. Check the headphones; ensure the headphones have a direct “line of sight” to the infrared transmitter below the monitor. Replace headphone batteries, if needed. Check the DVD Setup Menu - the Audio Output setting must be set to “ANALOG” and the Speaker Downmix setting must be set to “STEREO”. If using a CD you have made yourself, make sure you did not set the recording level too high.
I HAVE GOOD SOUND, BUT A BLURRY PICTURE - WHY?
This happens if the system components are very cold. Allow the interior of the vehicle to warm up before using the system.
WHY DON’T THE PREVIOUS OR NEXT BUTTONS WORK WITH A VCD?
Some VCDs don’t support these - erratic operation can result.
WHY DO I GET NO RESPONSE WHEN I PRESS THE REMOTE BUTTONS?

THE STOP/EJECT BUTTON DOESN’T EJECT THE DISC RIGHT AWAY
While a disc is playing, this button acts as a STOP button. To eject a disc while it is playing, press the STOP/EJECT button twice in quick succession. The Eject button on the remote control always ejects the disc immediately.
THE DISC WILL NOT EJECT AT ALL
