Setting up the play back function using the LCD monitor

The PLAY mode functions can be changed by using the LCD monitor.

In the PLAY mode, pressing the MENU button displays the menu on the LCD monitor.

Deleting an image

An unprotected image can be deleted in this menu. (A protected image can’t be deleted.)

1.Rotate the mode dial to the PLAY mode and press the MENU button.

2. Press the UP(	)/ DOWN( ) button and select
[DELETE].
3. Press the SET(	) button and the sub menu will be
displayed.

4. Select [DELETE IMAGE] by pressing the UP( )/ DOWN( ) button and press the SET() button

5. Select [NO] or [YES] and press the SET( ) button.

[Selecting NO] : The image will be displayed on the LCD monitor.

[Selecting YES] : A [PLEASE WAIT!] message is displayed and a selected image is deleted.

Before deleting an image from the camera, you should download (p.67) the image to your computer or protect (p.56) the image, if you want to keep it.
