Boiled	100-500 g		1-2	Pour ½ l water into the steam plate

		plus 500		Insert steam tray into steam plate.
				Pierce 3-8 fresh eggs, each about
		ml cold		60g (medium size) and set into the
		water		small cavities of the tray. Cover with
				stainless steel lid and set Steamer
				on turntable.
				After steaming keep standing for 2-5
				minutes.
Potato	100-500 g		1-2	Rinse and peel potatoes. Cut
cubes				potatoes into even sized cubes.
		plus 500		Pour ½ l water into the steam plate
				of Steamer.
		ml cold		Insert steam tray into steam plate,
		water		distribute potato cubes on tray and
				cover with stainless steel lid. Put
				Steamer on turntable.
