Conţinutul video cu protecţie la copiere nu poate fi înregistrat pe acest recorder HDD & DVD.

Atunci când recorderul HDD & DVD primeşte un semnal de protejare la copiere în timpul înregistrării, operaţia de înregistrare este întreruptă şi apare următorul mesaj pe ecran.

Informaţii referitoare la semnalele de control la copiere

Este posibil ca programele de televiziune care conţin semnale de control la copiere să conţină unul dintre următoarele tipuri de semnale: Copy-Free, Copy-Once şi Copy-Never.

Dacă doriţi să înregistraţi un program care poate fi copiat o singură dată, utilizaţi discuri DVD-RW cu tehnologie CPRM, în modul VR, precum şi discuri DVD-RAM.

După ce aţi înregistrat un program de tipul “Copy Once”, nu mai puteţi înregistra programul respectiv.

◆Tehnologia Content Protection for Recordable Media (CPRM)

CPRM este un mecanism care conectează conţinutul înregistrat pe suportul media pe care este înregistrat. Este o tehnologie acceptată de anumite recordere HDD & DVD şi de puţine DVD playere. Fiecare DVD inscriptibil nou are un ID media unic de 64 de biţi în BCA. Atunci când pe disc sunt înregistrate conţinuturi protejate, acestea pot fi criptate cu un cifru C2 (Cryptometria) pe 52 de biţi, preluat de la ID-ul media.

În timpul redării, este citit ID-ul din BCA şi utilizat pentru a genera o cheie de decriptare a conţinuturilor de pe disc. Dacă acestea sunt copiate pe alte suporturi, ID-ul va lipsi sau nu va corespunde, iar datele nu vor putea fi decriptate.
