Telecomanda nu funcţionează.

Pasul 1

Îndreptaţi telecomanda spre senzorul infraroşu al recorderului HDD & DVD. Ţineţi telecomanda la o distanţă corespunzătoare. Înlăturaţi obstacolele dintre recorderul HDD & DVD şi telecomandă.

Verificaţi dacă nu s-au descărcat bateriile.

Verificaţi setarea butonului de selectare TV/DVD.

Verificaţi dacă butonul de comandă al televizorului este apăsat sau nu.

Alte probleme potenţiale

Aţi uitat parola pentru programele care pot fi urmărite sub supravegherea părinţilor.

Pasul 1

Ţineţi apăsat pe butoanele PROG () de pe afişajul panoului frontal al recorderului timp de cel puţin 5 secunde, fără să introduceţi nici un disc în aparat. Toate setările, inclusiv parola, vor reveni la configuraţia din fabrică. Nu utilizaţi aceste setări decât dacă este absolut necesar.

(Reţineţi că această funcţie este disponibilă doar dacă în recorder nu se află nici un disc.)

Poate fi modificată o subtitrare şi un semnal audio pe un disc înregistrat?

Un disc înregistrat este redat doar cu subtitrarea şi semnalul audio selectate în timpul înregistrării.

Alte probleme.

Pasul 1

Consultaţi cuprinsul şi apoi citiţi secţiunea corespunzătoare problemei dvs. şi urmăriţi instrucţiunile recomandate.

Pasul 3

Opriţi şi porniţi din nou recorderul HDD & DVD.

Dacă problema persistă, contactaţi cel mai apropiat centru de service Samsung.
