Diagnosing Problems
Your initial response to a system problem should be to:
1Check power connections.
2Observe the system’s LEDs carefully.
3Check cable connections on the system modules.
If a problem is beyond the scope of this chapter, refer to Appendix C,
Customer Support for further instructions.
Note: Running the show version and show hardware commands is often a good first step when trying to troubleshoot a problem.
