Atunci când introduceţi un disc nou, apare următorul mesaj. Deoarece numărul funcţiilor disponibile diferă în funcţie de tipul discului, selectaţi un disc care corespunde preferinţelor dvs.

DVD-RAM: Va fi iniţializată automat operaţia de formatare.

DVD-RW: A se utiliza după iniţializare.

Dacă doriţi să schimbaţi modul VR sau V, consultaţi secţiunea “Formatarea discurilor” de la pagina 93.

DVD-R: Formatarea unui disc nu este necesară şi este acceptat doar modul de înregistrare V.

DVD-RAM/-RW (Modul VR)

•Acest mod permite mai multe funcţii de editare (cum ar fi ştergerea integrală sau parţială a titlului etc.).

•Diferite opţiuni de editare cu ajutorul unei liste de redare create.

Lungimea capitolului (intervalul dintre capitole) variază în funcţie de modul de înregistrare.
