Problemen oplossen (VIDEO)

Voer de volgende eenvoudige controles uit voordat u contact opneemt met een erkend Samsung- servicecentrum.

Probleem

Verklaring/oplossing

 

 

Geen stroom.

• Controleer of de stekker in het stopcontact zit.

• Hebt u op de toets /I gedrukt?

 

 

 

U kunt geen videocassette plaatsen.

• Een videocassette moet met het label aan de bovenzijde en het

wispreventielipje naar u toe worden geplaatst.

 

 

 

Het televisieprogramma is

• Controleer de antenneaansluitingen van de DVD- en videorecorder.

• Is de DVD- en videorecorder-tuner correct ingesteld?

nietopgenomen.

• Controleer of het wispreventielipje op de cassette intact is.

 

Timer-opname is mislukt.

•Controleer nogmaals de instellingen voor de start-/stoptijd van de opname en de huidige tijd.

•Controleer of u een band hebt geplaatst met voldoende opnametijd.

Er is geen afspeelbeeld of het beeld is

• Controleer of u een vooraf opgenomen band gebruikt.

U kunt geen normale uitzendingen bekijken.

Ruisstrepen bij het afspelen.

•Controleer de externe instelling en die van de tuner. Deze moet op tunerstaan.

•Controleer de antenneaansluitingen van de tv.

•Druk op de toetsen PROG/TRK ( / ) om dit effect te minimaliseren.

Wanneer tijdens het afspelen de toets ►II wordt ingedrukt, heeft het stilstaande beeld zeer veel ruisstrepen.

•Bij een stilstaand beeld kunnen er “ruisstrepen” ontstaan, afhankelijk van de conditie van de band. Druk tijdens het vertraagd afspelen op de toetsen PROG/TRK ( / ) om dit effect te minimaliseren.

 

• Als meerdere cassettes slechte beelden geven, moeten de videokoppen-

Reinigen van de videokop

worden gereinigd. Doe dit alleen als dit probleem zich voordoet. Lees bij

het reinigen van de videokoppen alle instructies die bij debijbehorende

 

video zijn bijgeleverd. Als u de koppen op een onjuistemanier reinigt,

 

kunt u deze permanent beschadigen.

 

 

Als u het probleem na het lezen van bovenstaande instructies niet hebt kunnen oplossen, noteer dan:

•Het model en het serienummer op de achterkant van de DVD- en videorecorder

•De garantiebepalingen

•Een duidelijke omschrijving van het probleem

Neem daarna contact op met het dichtstbijzijnde erkende SAMSUNG-servicecentrum.
