Įdiekite programą „DirectX 9.0C“ ar naujesnę jos versiją

1)Įdėkite su fotoaparatu pateiktą diską.

2)Paleiskite „Windows Explorer“ ir pažymėkite aplanką [CD-ROM drive:\ DirectX], po to spustelėkite failą „DXSETUP.exe“. Programa „DirectX“ bus įdiegta. Galite atsisiųsti „DirectX“ adresu: http://www.microsoft.com/directx

Jei kompiuteris, prie kurio yra prijungtas fotoaparatas, nereaguoja paleidžiant sistemą „Windows“.

Tokiu atveju atjunkite nuo kompiuterio fotoaparatą ir „Windows“ ims veikti. Jei ši problema atsiranda dažnai, išjunkite senųjų USB įrenginių rėmimą ir paleiskite kompiuterį iš naujo. „Legacy USB Support“ (senųjų USB įrenginių rėmimas) pateikiamas BIOS sąrankos meniu (BIOS sąrankos meniu priklauso nuo kompiuterio gamintojo, todėl kai kuriuose BIOS meniu nėra „Legacy USB Support“). Jei negalite pakeisti meniu patys, kreipkitės į kompiuterio ar BIOS gamintoją.

Jei neleidžiama ištrinti vaizdo klipo, ar išimti disko, arba perkeliant failus rodomas klaidos pranešimas.

Įdiegus vien „SAMSUNG Master“ programą, problemos ištinka retai.

–Uždarykite „SAMSUNG Master“ programą spustelėję piktogramą [SAMSUNG Master] užduočių juostoje.

–Įdiekite programinės įrangos kompaktiniame diske esančias programas.

Kai vaizdo klipų leistuvo vaizdo ekrano proporcijos neatitinka kompiuterio ekrano proporcijų.

Jei kompiuterio ekrano raiška yra mažesnė už įrašyto vaizdo klipo, vaizdo klipų leistuvo ekrano proporcijos gali neatitikti kompiuterio ekrano proporcijų. Naudodamiesi vaizdo klipų leistuvo meniu galite reguliuoti ekrano proporcijas.
