SD / SDHC atminties kortelėje yra apsaugos nuo įrašymo jungiklis, kuris neleidžia ištrinti reikmenų ir formuoti kortelės. Pastūmus SD atminties kortelės jungiklį žemyn duomenys bus apsaugoti – jų bus neįmanoma ištrinti. Pastūmus SD atminties kortelės jungiklį aukštyn duomenų apsauga atšaukiama.

Prieš pradėdami fotografuoti pastumkite SD kortelės jungiklį aukštyn.

1GB SD MMC tipo kortelėje telpa toliau lentelėje nurodytas nuotraukų skaičius. Šie rodikliai yra apytiksliai, nes jiems turi įtakos tam tikri kintamieji veiksniai, pvz., subjektyvūs dalykai ir atmintinės kortelės tipas.
