Ledetal for blitz

Modelnummeret for en blitz henviser til blitzens effekt, og den maksimale mængde af det genererede lys repræsenteres af en værdi, der kaldes for et "ledetal". Jo større ledetal, jo mere lys udsendes der fra blitzen. Ledetallet findes ved at gange afstanden fra blitzen til motivet med blændeværdien, når ISO-følsomheden er sat til 100.

Ledetal = Afstand fra blitz til motiv x blændeværdi

Blændeværdi = Ledetal/afstand fra blitz til motiv

Afstand fra blitz til motiv = Ledetal/blændeværdi

Hvis du kender blitzens ledetal, kan du beregne en optimal blitz til motivafstanden, når du indstiller blitzen manuelt. Hvis f.eks. en blitz har et ledetal på 20 og er 4 meter væk fra motivet, er den optimale blændeværdi F5.0.

Tilbagekastningsfotografering

Tilbagekastningsfotografering henviser til en metode med at kaste lyset tilbage fra loftet eller vægge, så lyset bliver jævnt fordelt. Normalt kan billeder, der tages med blitz, forekomme unaturlige og kaste skygger. Motiver på billeder, der er taget med tilbagekastningsfotografering, kaster ingen skygger og ser fine ud grundet det jævnt fordelte lys.
