Generelt kan dybdeskarpheden være lille eller stor. På billeder med en lille dybdeskarphed er motivet skarpt fokuseret, baggrunden er sløret og motivet træder frem. I modsætning hertil har billeder med en stor dybdeskarphed alle billedets elementer i fokus.

Du kan skabe et billede med en lille dybdeskarphed ved at bruge et teleobjektiv eller vælge en lav blændeværdi. Du kan skabe et billede med en stor dybdeskarphed ved at bruge et vidvinkelobjektiv eller vælge en høj blændeværdi.

Hvad kontrollerer effekter, der er ude af fokus?
