Subscribe to the Music Hub premium service to:

MY MUSIC
This provides all music on your computer that has Music Hub installed. You can create new playlists and sync with your computer automatically. To play music, select a music category and then select a song to play.
CATALOG
This provides a music catalogue to browse and stream music. To stream music, select a music category, and then select a song to play. To purchase songs, tap 
next to a song and then tap the option for purchase.
RADIO
Listen to music on personal radio stations.
