You can record videos in H.264 format!

You can record videos in H.264 format that are convenient to email and share with your friends and family. You can also take photos with your camcorder.

STEP1: Get ready

1.Attach the battery to the camcorder. ￿page 20

• Align the battery grooves with the battery compartment, and then slide the battery into place in the direction of the arrow.

2. Charge the battery fully. ￿page 21

• The battery is fully charged when the CHG (charging) indicator light turns green.

3. Insert a memory card. ￿page 32

• You can use commercially available SDHC (SD High Capacity) or SD memory cards with this camcorder.

• Set the appropriate storage media. ￿page 31 (HMX-S15/S16 only)
