Configuration du temps de retard des enceintes

Pour tirer le meilleur profit d’un disque audio enregistré en signaux ambiophoniques en format 5.1, assurez-vous que vous vous trouvez à distance égale de chacune des enceintes. L’emplacement des enceintes faisant en sorte que les signaux sonores n’atteignent pas vos oreilles au même moment, il est recommandé d’ajouter un effet de temporisation sonore à l’enceinte centrale et aux enceintes d’ambiance.

Avec AC-3 et DTS, le temps de retard est réglé à partir de 00 et 15 ms.
