Hur en mikrovågsugn fungerar

 

Kontrollera att din ugn fungerar riktigt

Mikrovågor är högfrekventa elektromagnetiska vågor. Energin som frigörs gör att man kan laga till eller värma mat utan att matens form eller färg ändras.

Du kan använda mikrovågsugnen för:

•Automatisk snabbupptining

•Snabbuppvärmning

•Automatisk värmning/tillagning

•Tillagning

Tillagningsprincip

1.Mikrovågorna som genereras av magnetronen fördelas jämnt samtidigt som maten roterar på skivplattan. Maten får på så vis en jämn tillagning.

2.Mikrovågorna tas upp av maten till ett djup av 2,5

cm. Tillagningen fortsätter sedan när värmen sprids i maten.

3. Tillagningstiden varierar beroende på vilken typ av kärl som används och matens egenskaper:

•Kvantitet och densitet

•Vätskehalt

•Utgångstemperatur (fryst eller ej)

☛Eftersom matens mittpunkt värms upp av värmespridningen, fortsätter tillagningen även efter att du har tagit ut maten från ugnen. Ståtider som anges i recept och i denna bruksanvisning måste därför följas för att få:

•En jämn och genomgående tillagning

•En jämn temperatur

Med hjälp av följande enkla steg kan du kontrollera att din ugn hela SW tiden fungerar riktigt.

Ställ ett glas vatten på skivplattan. Stäng sedan luckan.

1.Tryck på knappen. Ställ in tiden på 4-5 minuter genom

att vrida på inställningsratten .

2.Tryck på knappen .

Resultat: Låt ugnen värma vattnet i 4-5 minuter. Efter denna tid bör vattnet ha börjat koka.

✉Ugnen måste anslutas till ett lämpligt vägguttag. Skivplattan måste vara på plats i ugnen. Om man inte använder maxstyrkan tar det längre tid för vattnet att börja koka.
