•Suivez les instructions ci-dessous pour la décongélation des différents types d’aliments.

Au début, placez l’aliment, côté gras vers le bas. Après chaque étape, retournez

tièdes. Laissez reposer à couvert de 30 à 60 minutes au réfrigérateur.

Remarques

Protégez les rôtis et les steaks avec de petites bandes de papier d’aluminium pour empêcher les extrémités de cuire avant que le centre ne soit décongelé. Couvrez les extrémités et les parties plus minces des aliments.
