Cuisson par convection

Grillage

Le mode convection utilise une chaleur sèche pour la cuisson et le brunissage des aliments. Un ventilateur à haute vitesse fait circuler l’air chaud à l’intérieur du four pour chauffer rapidement et uniformément les aliments. La cuisson par convection est idéale pour les aliments qui doivent être brunis ou rendus croustillants dans un court délai. Quand vous choisissez le mode convection, utilisez la grille métallique basse pour élever les aliments de manière que l’air puisse circuler librement.

Pour la cuisson par convection :

1 Entrez la durée de cuisson à l’aide des touches numériques.

L’afficheur indique «PRESS START OR FUNCTION PAD».

2 Appuyez sur CONV./ °F.

L’afficheur indique «ENTER DESIRED TEMP OR PRESS START».

3 Réglez la température de cuisson en appuyant sur les touches numériques.

Au mode convection, les températures varient de 100 °F à 450 °F. Pour que la température soit constante, la porte du four doit autant que possible rester fermée pendant la cuisson.

4 Appuyez sur START pour commencer la cuisson par convection.

Votre four à micro-ondes Samsung vous permet de faire griller les aliments. La cuisson et le grillage des aliments se font au moyen d’éléments chauffants. Pour le grillage, utilisez la grille métallique haute pour rapprocher les éléments de l’élément chauffant dans le haut du four.

2 Appuyez sur BROIL.

L’afficheur indique «450F» puis «PRESS START».

3 Appuyez sur START pour commencer le grillage.
