Setting up your French Door Refrigerator

CHECKING THE WATER DISPENSER LINE

A water dispenser is just one of the helpful features on your new Samsung Refrigerator. To help promote better health, the Samsung water filter removes unwanted particles from your water. However, it does not sterilize or destroy microorganisms. You may need to purchase a water purifying system to do that.

In order for the ice maker to operate properly, a water pressure of 20~125 psi (pound per square inch) is required.

Under normal conditions, a 170 cc (5.75 oz.) paper cup can be filled in 10 seconds.

If the Refrigerator is installed in an area with low water pressure (below 20psi), you can install a booster pump to compensate for the low pressure.

Make sure the water storage tank inside the Refrigerator is properly filled. To do this, press the water dispenser lever until the water runs from the water outlet.

Water line installation kits are available at extra cost from your dealer. We recommend using a water supply kit that contains copper tubing.

Connecting to the water supply line

1.First, shut off the main water supply line and turn the ice-maker off.

2.Locate the nearest cold, drinking water line.

3.After connecting the water supply to the water filter, turn your main water supply back on and flush 4 or more gallons into a bucket to clear and prime the water filter.

One of the standout features of the RF266AA and RF265AA is the Twin Cooling Plus technology. This system uses two separate evaporators for each compartment - the refrigerator and freezer, which helps maintain optimal humidity levels in the refrigerator while preventing the mixing of odors. A notable characteristic of both models is the spacious interior. The RF266AA and RF265AA offer ample storage space, equipped with adjustable shelves and door bins, allowing users to customize their storage according to their preferences. The All-Around Cooling feature ensures that cold air circulates throughout the fridge, eliminating potential hot spots and guaranteeing even cooling.

Energy efficiency is another key aspect of these models. Both refrigerators boast an Energy Star certification, making them a sustainable choice for environmentally conscious consumers. The digital inverter compressor adjusts its speed based on the cooling demand, which reduces energy consumption while minimizing noise.

The sleek design and modern aesthetics of the RF266AA and RF265AA make them a great fit for any kitchen décor. Features like a counter-depth design allow for seamless integration into kitchen cabinetry, giving a built-in look. Samsung has also prioritized user-friendly controls with these models. The external digital display allows for easy adjustments to temperature and settings without the need to open the doors. Moreover, the multi-vent system enhances airflow and maintains the ideal temperature across all sections of the refrigerator.

Overall, the Samsung RF266AA and RF265AA refrigerators exemplify a blend of advanced technology, energy efficiency, and stylish design.
