Mailbox name: Enter a name for the mailbox.

Mailbox type: Select a mail server type.

Security (ports): Select a security type. Any amount of data and messages can be sent securely.

Port: Set a port number.

APOP secure login (for POP3): Select On to authenticate users on login to the POP3 server.

•Outgoing e-mail: Customise the setting for sending emails.

My e-mail address (Must be defined): Enter your email address.

User name: Enter your user name, given to you by your mail service provider.

Password: Enter your password. If you leave this field blank, you are prompted for the password when you try to connect to your remote mailbox.

Outgoing mail server (Must be defined): The IP address or host name of the mail server that sends your emails.

Access point in use (Must be in defined): This is the access point used for the mailbox. Choose one from the list. For more information on how to create an access point, see also “Connection settings” on page 132.
