Smart Auto mode automatically sets "Anti-Shake (HDIS)" to "On."

When "Anti-Shake (HDIS)" is "On", is specified, there will be a slight difference between the actual movement and the movement on screen.

Large camcorder shake may not be entirely corrected even if "Anti-Shake (HDIS) : On" is specified. Firmly hold the camcorder with both hands.

We recommend that you turn "Anti-Shake (HDIS)" to "Off" when using the camcorder on a desk or tripod.

When you record photos with 10x or more magnification and the "Anti-Shake (HDIS)" is "On", in dim places, after-images may stand out. In this case, we recommend using a tripod (not supplied) and turning the "Anti-Shake (HDIS)" to "Off."
