To refill the detergent or fabric softener

1.Slide open the detergent drawer.
2.Apply an appropriate amount of detergent to the Auto Detergent compartment (C). If necessary, apply an appropriate amount of fabric softener to the Auto Softener compartment (D) if necessary.
3.Slide the detergent drawer inward. Make sure the door is closed.
