Customise settings

Change your recorder's settings to match your preferences.

Settings

You can change your recorder's settings.

In the main menu, select .

Select one of the following menus:

Menu	Description
	Set the current time and date.
Date and time	Scroll to a unit and press		to change
settings	the time or date. To save the time and date,
	press	.
Display light	Set how long the screen stays on when
duration	not in use.
Sleep	Set to automatically turn off your recorder
	after a specified period of time.
Language	Select a language for the display text.
Beep	Turn the beep sound on or off when you
	press the buttons.
	Set to limit the volume of the earphones to
	protect your hearing.
	-- <Off>: You can adjust the volume as you
	want. If you increase the volume over
Volume limit	level 16 and restart your recorder, the
	recorder will turn on at volume level 15
	to protect your hearing.
	-- <On>: You cannot set the volume to
	higher than 15.
LED effect	Set the LED light on or off.
