Wireless Backup

This feature allows you to back up all of your contacts to the Sprint Web site and restore them if your phone is lost, stolen, damaged, or replaced.

Note: To use the wireless backup service, you are required to activate the service from your phone.

To subscribe to the wireless backup service, you will need to purchase a license to use the wireless backup service via the Sprint vending machine, accessed through the WAP browser on your phone. The license expires after a set period of time and must be renewed regularly. As part of the initial subscription process, a random wireless backup password is generated. The randomly-generated password will be sent to the handset as an SMS text message. (Subscribe launches the subscription process. If you are already subscribed to wireless backup service, Unsubscribe will be displayed.)
