To decide how much to change the
temperature, set the oven temperature 25 degrees higher (if foods are undercooked) or 25 degrees lower (if foods are burning) than the temperature in your recipe, then bake, The results of this "test" should give ,you an idea of howmuch the temperature shoufd be changed
Press and hold down both
the BAKE and BROIlL pads

Press the BAKE pad, A factory set 2 digit number will show in the display, usually O0
ffyou think the oven is not hot enough;
Press the UP arrow pad to increase (+1 the temperature up to +35°F.
If you Ehin_ the oven is too hot;

4.Press the START pad,
This increased or decreased temperature setting will remain in memory until the above
steps are repeated, A power failure will not affect this setting
The Broil temperature will not be affected
