24 Calling
A phone number and the name of the caller transmitted by the network will be displayed if the number is saved in the Phonebook/Address- book. A picture of the caller may also be displayed (p. 31).
Additional information
When Clamshell answ (p. 84) is activated a call can be answered by simply opening the clamshell.

Warning!
Please make sure you have accepted the call before holding the phone to your ear. This will avoid damage to your hearing from loud ringtones.

You can put the phone aside during a call. You can then hear the caller via the loudspeaker.

C Switch on.
I Use the navi key to adjust the volume.
§Handsfr.§ Deactivate.
Warning!
Always switch off "handsfree talking" before holding the phone to your ear! Other- wise, you will damage your hearing!
