Le quilting consiste à assembler trois épaisseurs de tissu : l’épaisseur supérieure, intermédiaire et inférieure.

L’épaisseur supérieure est formée de nombreux morceaux de tissu géométriques assemblés entre eux.

N°1 : Point droit (position centrale de l’aiguille).

N°7 : Point de quilting, apparence fait main

ATTENTION! Pour éviter les incidents :

Ne changez pas la position de l’aiguille.

A. Assemblage des morceaux de tissu Assemblez les morceaux de tissu à l’aide du motif n°1 en laissant un relarge de 6,3 mm.

B. Quilting

Cousez trois épaisseurs de tissu.

Pour coudre les lignes successives, utilisez le guide pour quilting.

Insérez le guide pour quilting dans le trou du support du pied presseur et programmez la distance que vous souhaitez laisser entre les lignes.

C. Point de quilting, apparence fait main (n°7)

Utilisez un fil de couture en nylon invisible ou un fil très fin de la couleur de l’épaisseur supérieure. Placez un fil d’une couleur contrastant avec le tissu dans la canette.

Réglez la tension du fil d’aiguille sur la valeur la plus haute.

Ainsi quand vous cousez, le fil de canette est tiré vers la surface, ce qui confère à l’ouvrage l’apparence du point traditionnel de quilting à la main.

Un acolchado “quilt” siempre está formado por tres capas de material.

La superior, la media y la inferior.

La capa superior está formada por la unión de múltiples trozos de materiales con formas geométricas.

No cambie la posición de la aguja.

A. Cómo unir las piezas de tejido

Una las piezas de tejido utilizando el diseño nº 1 con un margen de costura de 6,3 mm.

B. Cómo coser acolchados Cosa las tres capas de material.

Utilice la guía de acolchado para coser filas sucesivas.

Inserte la guía de acolchado en el agujero del portaprensatelas y ajuste el espacio que desee.

C. Puntada de acolchado con aspecto artesanal (nº 7)

Utilice un hilo de coser de nylon invisible o un hilo muy ligero que ajuste el tejido a la parte superior. Coloque en la canilla un hilo que contraste con el color del tejido.

Ajuste la tensión superior al máximo.

Cuando cosa, el hilo de la canilla tirará hacia el derecho y proporcionará la apariencia de una puntada de acolchado tradicional hecha a mano.
