PRE-RIDE INSPECTION

WARNING

Verify the reverse gate operation before starting the engine.

WARNING

Use caution with skier/wake- boarder in tow as tow rope may backlash to watercraft when re- leased. Never perform a sharp turn when towing a skier, wake- boarder or any toy.

Variable Trim System (VTS)

All RXP, RXT-X and WAKE Models

Install DESS key then push arrows of VTS button to check nozzle move- ment. The VTS position indicator movement can also be seen in the information center.

Ballast Tanks

WAKE Models

WARNING

Ensure tanks are properly secured to reboarding platform prior to us- ing watercraft.

Storage Compartment Covers and Seat

Ensure they are closed and latched.

WARNING

Make sure seat is securely latched.

Wakeboard Rack

WAKE Models

WARNING

Ensure rack is properly secured to watercraft body and that wake- board is properly positioned and secured to rack prior to using wa- tercraft. Ensure straps are in good condition.

Ski/Wakeboard Post

WAKE Models

Make sure ski/wakeboard post is fully extended and locked before use.

Completely retract and lock when not used.

DESS Post and Engine Start/Stop Button

Position shift lever in neutral. Ensure that both switches operate properly. Start engine and stop it using each switch individually.

WARNING

Should the DESS key loose or fail to remain on its post, replace it im- mediately in order to avoid unsafe use.
