THE MANUFACTURER DECLINES ANY RESPONSABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR THINGS CAUSED BY NON-OBSERVANCEOF THE INSTRUCTIONS PRESENT IN THE MANUAL, BY INCORRECT USE, BY TAMPERING EVEN WITH A SINGLE PART OF THE APPARATUS AND BY USE OF NON- ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS.
