Video Out

Sets the video signal output according to the TV color system of the connected video equipment. The TV color systems differ depending on the country and region.

To view images on a TV screen, check the TV color system of the country or region of use (page 88).

NTSC	Sets the video output signal to NTSC mode (e.g., for the
	USA, Japan).

PAL	Sets the video output signal to PAL mode (e.g., for Europe).

TV TYPE

Set to the aspect ratio of television to be connected for playback.

16:9	Selects this item to play back the images on a wide screen
	television.
	16:9 image	4:3 image

4:3	Selects this item to play back the images on a 4:3 ratio
	television.
