To remove the SIM and memory card cover
•Insert the tip of your finger firmly into the opening between the SIM and memory card cover and the bottom of the phone, then lift up the cover.
Do not use sharp objects that may damage parts of the phone.
To remove the micro SIM card
1Turn off your phone.
2Remove the SIM and memory card cover.
3Push the micro SIM card inward, then release it and draw it out of its slot.
To remove the memory card
1Turn off the phone.
2Remove the SIM and memory card cover.
3Press against the edge of the memory card and release it.
