AC power adaptor

•Unplugtheunitfromthewalloutletwhenyouarenotusingtheunitforalongtime. Todisconnectthepowercord,pullitoutbytheplug.Neverpullthepowercorditself.

•Donotoperatetheunitwithadamagedcordoriftheunithasbeendroppedor damaged.

•Donotbendthepowercordforcibly,orplaceaheavyobjectonit.Thiswilldamage thecordandmaycausefireorelectricalshock.

•Preventmetallicobjectsfromcomingintocontactwiththemetalpartsofthe connectingsection.Ifthishappens,ashortmayoccurandtheunitmaybedamaged.

•Alwayskeepmetalcontactsclean. •Donotdisassembletheunit.

•Donotapplymechanicalshockordroptheunit.

•Whiletheunitisinuse,particularlyduringcharging,keepitawayfromAMreceivers andvideoequipment.AMreceiversandvideoequipmentdisturbAMreceptionand videooperation.

•Theunitbecomeswarmduringuse.Thisisnotamalfunction. •Donotplacetheunitinlocationsthatare:

–Extremelyhotorcold

–Dusty or dirty

–Very humid

–Vibrating

•Useonlythespecifiedchargerorvideoequipmentwiththechargingfunction. •Topreventaccidentfromashortcircuit,donotallowmetalobjectstocomeinto

contactwiththebatteryterminals. •Keepthebatterypackawayfromfire.

•Neverexposethebatterypacktotemperaturesabove140°F(60°C),suchasinacar parkedinthesunorunderdirectsunlight.

•Keepthebatterypackdry.

•Donotexposethebatterypacktoanymechanicalshock. •Donotdisassemblenormodifythebatterypack. •Attachthebatterypacktothevideoequipmentsecurely.

•Chargingwhilesomecapacityremainsdoesnotaffecttheoriginalbatterycapacity.

If batteries are leaking

•Wipeofftheliquidinthebatterycompartmentcarefullybeforereplacingthebatteries. •Ifyoutouchtheliquid,washitoffwithwater.

•Iftheliquidgetintoyoureyes,washyoureyeswithalotofwaterandthenconsulta doctor.
