x[AUDIO (HDMI)]

Selects the audio output status from the HDMI OUT jack.

The sound is not output from the

 

HDMI OUT jack.

 

 

[ON]

Outputs audio signals by

 

converting Dolby Digital, DTS, or

 

96 kHz/24 bit PCM signals to 48

 

kHz/ 16 bit PCM.

 

 

Note

•When you connect the unit and TV with the HDMI cord and [ON] is selected, AUDIO DRC, A/V SYNC, DYNAMIC BASS, MOVIE/MUSIC, and sound field are not applied to the sound that is output from the TV.

Displays the registration code for this system. For more information, go tohttp://www.divx.com on the Internet.

Settings for the Speakers

[SPEAKER SETUP]

To obtain the best possible surround sound, set connection of the speakers and their distance from your listening position. Then use the test tone to adjust the level and the balance of the speakers to the same level.

Select [SPEAKER SETUP] in the SetupDisplay. For details, see “Using the SetupDisplay” (page 82).

The default settings are underlined.

•You cannot operate these setup items when you connect headphones to the unit.
