Inserting the Card
1 Slide the card cover bar lock downward (a) and open the card cover (b).

2 Insert the card in the camera.
Caution
Make sure to insert the card in the proper direction. Forcing the card may result in damage to the camera and/or the card.
If you insert a card that has never been initialized, FORMAT ERROR flashes on the LCD monitor. Initialize the card. (Page 31)
3 Close the card cover.
