Memory Tool — Internal Memory Tool

This item does not appear when a “Memory Stick Duo” is inserted in the camera.

Format

Formats the internal memory.

• Note that formatting irrevocably erases all data in the internal memory, including even protected images.

1Select [Format] with v/V/b/B on the control button, then press z. The message “All data in internal memory will be erased” appears.

2Select [OK] with v, then press z. The format is completed.

To cancel the formatting

Select [Cancel] in step 2, then press z.
