•High speed sync mode is not available when the two-second self-timer or [Rear sync.] is selected.

•If a flash meter or a color meter is used, high speed sync mode is not available because the proper exposure cannot be attained. Either deactivate the high speed sync mode (“HSS” does not appear on the LCD window of the flash) or select a shutter speed slower than the flash sync speed.
