Widgets are inaccessible.
Check that the LAN cable or AC power cord of the router/modem* has been connected properly.
*Your router/modem must be set in advance to connect to the Internet. Contact your Internet service provider for router/modem settings.
Try using Widgets later. The Widget content provider’s server may be out of service.
You cannot add a new Widget.
Your TV comes with preinstalled Widgets which occupy a certain amount of the allotted Widget memory. To add a new Widget, you may have to delete an existing Widget. To delete a Widget, select a Widget in the Home Menu, press OPTIONS, then select [Delete a Widget].
Some preinstalled Widgets cannot be removed.
