Insert a “Memory Stick” (page 14). Press (OFF).
Press (MENU).

Selecting the spectrum analyzer

The sound signal level is displayed on a spectrum analyzer. You can select a display for 7 patterns or the automatic display mode where all patterns appear.

FUNCTION

1 Press (SOURCE) repeatedly to select a source (CD, HDD, MEMORY STICK, FM, AM or AUX.)

2 Press (FUNCTION) repeatedly to

display the function menu “ .”

3 Press (F1) ( ) repeatedly to select the desired S.A. pattern. Each time you press the (F1), the item changes as follows:

Mode Off t 13Band Vertical t 19Band Oblique t 3Band Horizontal t Smooth t Wave t Desert t Heat Haze t Auto Mode t Mode Off

To cancel the S.A. display

Select “Mode Off” in step 3.

Editing the library

You can edit audio file information with your personal computer by installing Mobile Library Manager.*

This data can also be stored on this unit.

You can edit audio file information (album name, artist name, track name, Play List, Recycle Bin, structure of folder/album).*

You can get title information from the Gracenote CDDB® Music Recognition ServiceSM on-line.*

Exporting the audio file information

You can export the audio file information (album name, artist name, track name, Play List, Recycle Bin, structure of folder/album) recorded on the HDD from this unit to a “Memory Stick.”

4 Rotate the R dial to select “Library,” then press the R dial.

5 Rotate the R dial to select “Export,” then press the R dial.

The normal display appears when Export is completed.*

*If Export does not succeed, “CANNOT EXPORT” appears.

To cancel Export

Press (F1) (CANCEL).
