Saving the power instandby modePress DISPLAY repeatedly when the power is off.

Each time you press the button, the system switches cyclically as follows:

Demonstration tClock t Power Saving Mode

To cancel the Power Saving mode

Press DISPLAY once to show the demonstration, twice to show the clock display.

Tips

•?/1 indicator lights up even in the Power Saving Mode.

•The timer functions during the Power Saving Mode.

Note

During the Power Saving Mode, the following functions do not work:

–Setting the time.

–Changing the AM tuning interval (except for European and Middle Eastern models).

–Pressing a function button to turn the power on.

–Switching the function of MD (VIDEO).

–Switching the color system.
