•Whenr ecording bright subjects, the color of the LCD screen may c hange after the

AEis locked .However, this will not affect the recorded image .

•Whilethe image is bei ng recorded on a floppy disk or a “Memory Stick,”the access

lamplights. When this lamp is lit, do not shake or strike the camera. Also, do not

turnthe power off, not change the position of t he MS/FD selector, or not remove the

batterypa ck/floppy disk/“Memory Stick.”Otherwise,an image data breakdown

mayoccurandthefloppydiskorthe “MemoryStick”maybecome unusa ble.

•Whenyou press the shutter button fullydown at once, the camera starts recording

afterthe a utomatic adjustment is complete. However, the recording cannot be

carriedout while the lamp(page 8) is flashing. (During this time, the camera is

chargingthe flash.)

Turnthe finder adjustment dial until the image appears clearly within the finder,then

recordthe image.

Note

Thefinder display is autom atically turned off when your face is not near the finder.

4Pressthe s hutter buttonfully down.

Theshutter clicks. “RECORDING”appears on the LCD screen or on the

finder,and the image will be recorded on the floppy disk or the “Memory

Stick.”When“RECORDING”disappears from the LCD s creen or finder, you

canstart t he next recording.
