Adding a memory module
To install a memory module, proceed as follows:
1Shut down your computer and disconnect all peripheral devices.
2Unplug the computer and remove the battery packs.
3Wait until the computer cools down.
4Turn your computer upside down.
5Open the cover on the bottom by unscrewing the screw (turn counter clockwise).
6Remove the new memory module from its packaging.
7Install the memory module by sliding it into the memory module slot.
8Press the module into place until it clicks.
9Close the computer cover.
10Tighten the screw on the bottom of the notebook.
11Turn on the computer.
