The computer is equipped with an internal removable floppy disk drive. | |||

Inserting the floppy disk drive | |||

| To insert the floppy disk drive, proceed as follows: | ||
Sony | 1 | Turn off the computer. | |
2 | If the weight saver is in the multipurpose bay (1), | ||

| remove the device. See Using the weight saver | |

| (page 59). | |
| 3 | Insert the floppy disk drive (2) into the multipurpose | |
|
| bay with the metallic part up. | |
| 4 | Continue pushing the drive into the bay until the release lever locks into place. | |
Inserting a floppy disk
To insert a floppy disk, proceed as follows:
1Hold the disk (1) with the label side facing up.
2Gently push the disk into the drive (2) until it clicks into place.
