If this is the case, charging is interrupted. Disconnect the unit from the computer. Once the internal temperature of the unit reaches normal levels, charging resumes automatically. (Note that even if charging is interrupted because of the above, you can still continue using the unit normally.)

The unit rattles when it is shaken.

Windows does not start when you turn
