4. Select New Nameor From Ph. Bookto enter a name.
New Nameto create a new Contacts entry for the
number.
From Ph. Bookto save the number to an existing entry.
(This step is not necessary on the very first entry in your
Contacts.)
5. Select a label and press .
6. Enter a name for the new entry using the keypad and press .

Search for an existing contact name and press to save the
new number.
7. Press Save (left softkey).
Note:You cannot save phone numbers from calls identified as Private.
Prepending a Phone Number From Call
History
If you need to make a call from Call History and you happen to
be outside your local area code,you can add the appropriate
prepending by following these steps:
1. Highlight your desired Call History entry and press Options
(right softkey).
2. Select Prepend.
3. Enter the digits you want to add to the number.
4. Press or to place a call.
Erasing Call History
1. Select > Call History > Erase History.
2. Select Outgoing,Incoming,Missed,Recent Calls,or All.
3. Select Yes.
