Messaging Settings

Setting Message Notification Display

You can set your phone to display an icon and message

notification or just display an icon notification when you receive

a text message,picture message or voicemail.

1. Select > Settings > Messaging > Notification.

2. Select Msgs and Iconor Icon Only.

Tip:To access Messaging settings menu, you can also select >

Messaging > Settings.

Editing Preset Messages

Your phone can store preset messages for use with text

messaging.You can edit your phone’s default preset messages

through the Settings menu.

To edit a preset message:

1. Select > Settings > Messaging > Preset Msgs.(The list of

preset messages is displayed.)

2. Select the message you want to edit and press .

3. Use your keypad to edit the message and press OK(left

softkey)or to save your changes.

Note:To reset all messages, press Options (right softkey) >

Reset All Msgs > Yesduring step 2 above.
