If you cannot tune in a station and the entered numbers flash

Make sure you’ve entered the right frequency. If not, repeat Steps 3 and 4.

If the entered numbers still flash, the frequency is not used in your area.

5If you’ve tuned in an AM station, adjust the direction of the AM loop antenna for optimum reception.

6Repeat Steps 2 to 5 to receive another station.

zIf you do not remember the precise frequency

After entering the value close to the frequency you want, press TUNING (PTY SELECT) +/–. The receiver automatically tunes in the station you want. If the frequency seems to be higher than the entered value, press TUNING (PTY SELECT) +, and if the frequency seems to be lower than the entered value, press TUNING (PTY SELECT) –.
